Heading into the fourth quarter of the year, Hualalai Realty is on track to exceed its outstanding 2013 results. Currently, 2014 sales include six custom homes with one additional home in escrow which matches the seven homes sold last year.

Members of the Hualalai Club (reserved exclusively for Resort property owners) now have something more to smile about! Long-time Pastry Chef Lisa is accepting on-line to-go orders for her wide variety of specialty baked goods.

As we close in on the last quarter of 2014, Hualalai Realty is on track for another outstanding year of sales activity. This year we are seeing great interest in custom home lots (in fact to-date, we have sold more lots than competed homes) by existing Hualalai owners and new buyers alike.

This month, I am pleased to announce the release of Puka pa Estates, a new residential neighborhood at Hualalai Resort. Puka pa Estates is comprised of 12 large custom home lots ranging in size from roughly 23,000 square feet to 1.10 acres.

Traditional “Endless Summer” events are joined this August by exciting fashion, cultural and culinary celebrations events for homeowners and their guests.
