Rob Kildow, R(B)
Principal Broker and Director of Sales at Hualālai Realty since the end of 2003, Rob Kildow not only knows his product well but lives it daily both professionally and personally, having purchased a villa here with his wife Barbara in 2001. A native of Washington State and a 40-year professional in the real estate industry, Rob says he fell in love with the island of Hawai‘i many years ago having been captivated by the beauty, the environment, and the generosity and hospitality of the people. He made the move here in 1999 and has never looked back. Before moving to Hawai‘i, Rob was President of James W. Hodges, Inc. Realtors in Washington, and prior to joining Hualālai Realty; he served as Director of Sales at Hōkūli‘a Resort in South Kona for five years. Rob has been recognized three times by Hawai‘i Business Magazine as the #1 residential broker for the State of Hawai‘i (2010, 2012, 2015). In 2013, Rob was inducted into the “Billionaires Club” by Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate for selling over $1 Billion in real estate during the preceding 9 years as Principal Broker of Hualālai Realty, and last year he received their prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.

Regina has worked in luxury resort real estate on the islands for most of her 35-year career and has been named one of the prestigious Top 100 Real Estate Agents in the State. Ku‘uipo Valenzuela, R(S)
Sales Executive Ku‘uipo Valenzuela is an accomplished real estate sales professional, who has a deep passion for her profession and for developing lifelong relationships with her clients. Central to these relationships is a genuine desire to find what is truly important to them and help them make that a reality. Prior to joining Hualalai Realty, Ku’uipo has worked with a variety of esteemed real estate developers and clients with a focus on luxury real estate within the resort communities of Waikoloa Beach, Mauna Kea, and Mauna Lani. Ku’uipo is genuinely a “people person” whose passion and enthusiasm for life and her career have contributed to her success. Born and raised on the island of O’ahu, Ku’uipo moved to the Big Island in 1997 and it has been home ever since.
Chieko Madenokoji, R(S)
Sales Executive Chieko Madenokoji joined Hualālai Realty in 2009 bringing with her many years of professional real estate, marketing, and international business experience in both Hawai‘i and Japan. In addition to her stellar record in high-end residential sales, Chieko is bi-lingual, fluent in both Japanese (her native language) and English. Her familiarity with both the U.S. and Japanese markets and an international roster of prospective Hualālai Resort clients are among the many assets she brings to the Realty team.
Vivian Tobias, R(S)
Vivian Tobias, Director of Administration, is a veteran of the real estate development industry, and has been with Hualālai Realty for 27 years. Focused, with an acute eye for detail and accuracy, Vivian is precisely the person you want closing your real estate transaction in paradise. Since joining the Hualālai Realty team, she has managed most all of the 850 property closings while juggling various other roles: Notary Public, sales statistician, and overall office administration. Prior to joining Hualālai at its start-up in 1995, Vivian spent three years in Honolulu with a developer following several years working with a developer in Southern California. She is a native of New Jersey and a graduate of Rutgers University.
April Carty
April Carty is typically the first voice you’ll hear and the first face you will see when you phone or visit the Hualālai Realty office. As Sales Concierge, April provides a number of very important guest services including welcoming guests, arranging appointments for Sales Executives, coordinating home tours and organizing fabulous sunset showings of our properties. April, a native of New Jersey and a former travel professional, joined the Realty team in 2006 and has been providing gracious and attentive service ever since.
